Do you provide dog waste removal services all year round?
Yes, we provide dog waste removal year-round even through the winter! Our Troopers show up in all seasons to deliver the best
service possible. If a "doody" is buried under snow, don't worry we’ll catch it on the next visit once it reappears.
Please note: we do have specific guidelines for winter storms and extreme weather, which can be found in our policies section.
How do I know my dogs will be safe during your service?
To ensure the safety of both your pets and our team, we kindly ask that pets be kept indoors during our visit. Once the service is complete, we’ll send a photo confirming your gate has been securely closed and locked, so you’ll know it’s safe to let your pets back outside.
What areas do you service?
We are currently servicing the Kamloops, BC area for both our scoop and bin exchange program. If you are unsure whether you're within our service area, feel free to reach out, we are happy to help!
Do I need to sign an agreement or a contract?
No contracts required!
Simply fill out the service request form, and we will email you a final quote based on your needs. Our services are prepaid monthly serviced. Once payment is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation of a scheduled visit, or bin drop off date.

How does your bin exchange program work?
It's actually quite simple. Once you have signed up for the service, we will go over, say hi and drop you off a bin. We ask that you have all waste in the bin placed in a bag, whether a large bag or individual bags, it's your choice. On your scheduled exchange date, we will arrive, exchange your bin for a fresh, clean, sanitized bin and that's it. Pretty simple right!
Where does the waste go?
That's a great question. All pet waste is responsibly disposed of at the local waste facilities. We follow all municipal guidelines to ensure safe and sanitary disposal. Our team will never leave the scooped waste behind, we remove it from your property entirely, helping your yard and garbage bins stay clean.
